With the slogan “Theatre In These Trying Times”, the 25th edition of the festival has set out to breathe fresh air into both the world of theatre and to theatre lovers with a programme of mostly new productions that look at the world, which is in search of a new normal, through the lens of theatre.

See 'The Collector' now onstage at 59E59 Theaters through November 13th. This riveting dark drama is written by playwright, Mark Healy based on the 1963 novel by the same name by John Fowles. It is directed by Lisa Milinazzo and stars Matt De Rogatis and Jillian Guerts.

This October, Jermyn Street Theatre presents the UK premiere of The Autumn Garden by acclaimed US playwright, screenwriter and political activist Lillian Hellman.  Nominated for the New York Critic's Circle Award and considered by many as her best work (above the better known Little Foxes and Children's Hour), the play opened on Broadway in 1951 to critical acclaim.

The Collector was originally published in 1963 and was the debut novel of John Fowles. After successfully crossing over on to the big screen, numerous stage adaptations followed, the latest being Mark Healy's production at The Vaults.
